Shipping

We offer fast & free worldwide shipping! You can expect your order within 8-15 days once shipped, depending on your location. Orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours. Once processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. All deliveries can be tracked here.

We currently offer Express Shipping options for the following countries:

  • United States
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • UK

Note: There is an additional fee for our express shipping options (tracking and insurance are included). Additionally some products may not be available for express shipping due to stock-outs.

 

Package Protection

Our Package Protection service gives you peace of mind by covering your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. When you add this optional protection at checkout, your purchase becomes eligible for fast support and hassle-free resolutions if anything goes wrong on the way to you.

Coverage includes packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are marked delivered but cannot be located. To file a claim, simply contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any required photos or documentation. Claims for stolen or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery but no sooner than 24 hours after a package is marked as delivered. Claims for lost packages may be submitted after 7 days of no tracking updates.

Upon approval, we’ll send a replacement. Package Protection fees are non-refundable once an order ships, and coverage does not apply to incorrect addresses, delivery delays, or claims submitted outside the stated timeframes. This service supplements carrier policies and is intended to provide a simple, reliable safety net for your delivery.
